Atmosera’s Vulnerability Management (VM) service is designed to provide routine vulnerability assessments on targeted end-nodes and includes details on remediation steps that can be taken. This service is targeted at anybody that wants greater awareness of the security vulnerabilities in their environment and easy steps on how to reduce those risks.

Direct client access
Clients will not have direct login access to the system, information will be provided via the reports included in the service
Escalation, escalation policies or run-books
There is no “escalation” associated with the service, reports are provided on a regular basis to a designated contact
Scan Engine OR Each Windows and Linux systems will require an agent be installed which is default if the SIEM service is also included
Firewall ports will need to be opened between the scanner and any system that needs to be scanned that isn’t already using an agent
Monthly Vulnerability Report
Each month a report will be delivered as PDF documents via email to designated client contacts from Atmosera. The monthly report will include all identified vulnerabilities as well as remediation steps that can be taken to resolve those vulnerabilities.
