Jared brings more than 17 years of experience having previously run global support operations and call center technical support teams at companies including Xerox, ACS, and FCR. Jared is now responsible for Atmosera’s 24x7x365 infrastructure operations, Command Center services, service transitions, and client support.

Jared strengthens Atmosera’s already established team and will foster even more success-oriented delivery and metrics-based accountability. The goal is to ensure every client interaction benefits from a consistent and outstanding experience as the company continues to grow its managed services and hybrid cloud business. Jared’s previous experience developing global call centers and operational processes for large companies provides the necessary roadmap and practical knowledge required to ensure flawless execution.
