Karsh Sahay hails from sunny Denver, Colorado with his wife and son. As he rose in his career starting as a helpdesk technician, he developed a passion for Microsoft Azure and began working his way through in 5 years to becoming a Senior Cloud Engineer at Atmosera. He has climbed the ladder and become the Practice Lead of Service Transitions. He specializes in greenfield/brownfield migrations and utilizes IaC practices in his work to set clients up for future success, providing value to his clients.

Richard Decker
Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Richard Decker has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, starting as a network administrator and engineer in Fortune 100 companies and later transitioning to a network architect role. He also contributed his expertise to a telco and an ISP. After delving into virtualization, he shifted his focus to cloud services. In the past five years, Richard has held various roles, including cloud deployment engineer, enterprise engineer, and cloud infrastructure architect at Atmosera.
