Jon’s expertise is to take companies of Atmosera’s size and attributes to the next level of growth through a high degree of focus on clients and operational excellence. During his career, Jon has held senior executive positions at successful startups and Fortune 500 companies in the telecom, consumer packaged goods, and energy industries. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Willamette University.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Barry leads the accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, legal, and IT functions for the company. Barry has executive level financial (CFO) and operational (COO) experience at both public and private companies.
Chief Technology Officer
Scott leads the engineering team driving innovation and efficiency into the products and services Atmosera offers. Scott is focused on defining and executing the development of new hybrid services including the evolution towards an increasingly software-defined cloud service platform. Scott brings a highly technical and hands-on leadership style that delivers quality, practical and innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems. Scott previously held leadership positions at APCON, Overture Networks, Fujitsu, Siemens, and Gilbarco. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and one US Patent.
Executive Vice President of Professional Services
Jacob Saunders is responsible for guiding clients as they accelerate product innovation and transform their digital estates. His team brings together all our areas of expertise to form holistic technical and advisory partnerships with our customers. He loves “unsolvable” problems, and most recently led the technology innovation portfolio at HAVI. He has also built and led several high growth consulting organizations, having previously served as CTO of 10th Magnitude (now Cognizant Microsoft Business Group), National Practice Director at Neudesic (now an IBM Company), and in various other leadership positions.
Chief Strategy Officer
Todd Fine is Chief Strategy Officer at Atmosera and the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta, and works extensively with Microsoft in various forums and capacities. Prior to Atmosera, Todd was the CEO of Wintellect LLC, the Managing Director of RDA Corp’s southeast regional office; and a Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab’s Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in D.C., where he led the software design of radar receiver systems. Before that, Todd worked in experimental physics at the University of Maryland’s Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics. An aviation enthusiast and pilot for over 30 years, Todd enjoys flying many different types of aircraft, including gliders, helicopters, and hang gliders. He is currently building a WW1 fighter airplane in his basement. His wife, who wanted that space for a media room, is not amused.
Chief Learning Officer
Jeff Prosise is a cofounder of Wintellect who makes his living writing software and helping others do the same. He has written nine books and hundreds of magazine articles, trained thousands of developers at Microsoft, and spoken at some of the world’s largest software conferences. Jeff’s passion is teaching software developers how to build cloud-based apps with Microsoft Azure and introducing them to the wonders of AI and Machine Learning. In his spare time, Jeff builds and flies large radio-control jets. He loves the smell of jet fuel in the morning.
Head of Human Resources
Amanda has been working in the Human Resources field for over 13 years with a focus in the technology industry. She started her career as an HR administrator and has continued expanding her role within all areas of human resources from onboarding and payroll to benefits administration and recruiting. Previously, Amanda was the HR Generalist at ServerLogic, a Northwest IT staffing and MSP consulting firm in Portland where she ran all aspects of Human Resources. Amanda has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and holds a certification in Professional Human Resources.
