Chief Executive Officer
Jon’s expertise is to take companies of Atmosera’s size and attributes to the next level of growth through a high degree of focus on clients and operational excellence. During his career, Jon has held senior executive positions at successful startups and Fortune 500 companies in the telecom, consumer packaged goods, and energy industries. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Willamette University.
Chief Technology Officer
Scott leads the engineering team driving innovation and efficiency into the products and services Atmosera offers. Scott is focused on defining and executing the development of new hybrid services including the evolution towards an increasingly software-defined cloud service platform. Scott brings a highly technical and hands-on leadership style that delivers quality, practical and innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems. Scott previously held leadership positions at APCON, Overture Networks, Fujitsu, Siemens, and Gilbarco. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and one US Patent.
Chief Information Security Officer
Sean has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a focus on information security best practices and compliance. He currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Atmosera, implementing and maintaining the company’s security posture, while providing security and compliance expert advisory to Atmosera’s clientele. Prior to Atmosera, Sean served as the Director of Infrastructure and Security for ESCO, a global steel manufacturer. He brings extensive experience in lean team management within infrastructure and security business units, providing a reliable and secure environment across a wide range of regulatory and legal frameworks. Sean has held progressively more senior roles with Gogo Air, providing security advisory and design for all the commercial wireless services, DDB/Omnicom, a worldwide marketing communications firm, as well as financial institutions, and national retail chains.
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan is responsible for helping drive profitable growth through oversight of the company’s financial, accounting and business operations. He brings more than 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience to Atmosera from a series of publicly traded, private or private equity-funded companies. Ryan was previously the Controller at TCM Corp. Ryan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and also served as the Controller for Radisys and Viewpoint Construction Software. Ryan is a CPA and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
Chief Revenue Officer
Justin is responsible for Atmosera’s sales strategy and accelerating the sales organization across all lines of business, with a targeted focus on the continued growth of cloud offerings. Justin brings a passion for building world-class teams through his many years of experience and diligent coaching with a focus on customer relationships, as well as a deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions and teams. Before joining Atmosera, Justin was a sales leader at Microsoft, where he helped to build and lead the Digital Sales, Specialist teams in SMC that started in 2017. Prior to Microsoft, Justin held leadership positions at start-ups – including his own business – and larger companies such as Citrix and Avocent. With 25 years of high-tech experience, Justin has a legacy of building trusted relationships with his teams and customers alike, while building a culture of success and relationships within organizations across different industries.
Head of Human Resources
Amanda has been working in the Human Resources field for over 13 years with a focus in the technology industry. She started her career as an HR administrator and has continued expanding her role within all areas of human resources from onboarding and payroll to benefits administration and recruiting. Previously, Amanda was the HR Generalist at ServerLogic, a Northwest IT staffing and MSP consulting firm in Portland where she ran all aspects of Human Resources. Amanda has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and holds a certification in Professional Human Resources.
Chief Strategy Officer
Todd Fine is Chief Strategy Officer at Atmosera and the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta, and works extensively with Microsoft in various forums and capacities. Prior to Atmosera, Todd was the CEO of Wintellect LLC, the Managing Director of RDA Corp’s southeast regional office; and a Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab’s Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in D.C., where he led the software design of radar receiver systems. Before that, Todd worked in experimental physics at the University of Maryland’s Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics. An aviation enthusiast and pilot for over 30 years, Todd enjoys flying many different types of aircraft, including gliders, helicopters, and hang gliders. He is currently building a WW1 fighter airplane in his basement. His wife, who wanted that space for a media room, is not amused.
Chief Learning Officer
Jeff Prosise is a cofounder of Wintellect who makes his living writing software and helping others do the same. He has written nine books and hundreds of magazine articles, trained thousands of developers at Microsoft, and spoken at some of the world’s largest software conferences. Jeff’s passion is teaching software developers how to build cloud-based apps with Microsoft Azure and introducing them to the wonders of AI and Machine Learning. In his spare time, Jeff builds and flies large radio-control jets. He loves the smell of jet fuel in the morning.
