Due to the scope, security, and capacity needs of the eoStar solution for Coca-Cola Bottling Africa (CCBA), eoStar wanted to engage with a partner that could not only validate its overall infrastructure solution design, but also take over the primary management and monitoring of the Azure environment. This would allow eoStar to stay focused on CCBA’s operational requirements for the eoStar application suite.

Throughout the project, Atmosera’s Azure experts were able to guarantee that the solution handoff was seamless, with no downtime or service interruption to eoStar’s application users.

Saving Time with the Right Management Structure

“I can sleep at night!” said Berens. “Knowing we have Atmosera monitoring the solution, I can rest easy knowing a critical customer environment is in great hands.”  Atmosera’s monitoring and management expertise provided a roughly 30%-time savings for eoStar’s IT team, allowing it to focus on other areas of concern and business-critical operations for the company.

We have now successfully moved into the next phase of this project to perform a resource assessment and identify areas of opportunity for additional resource reductions and cost savings for eoStar.
