Transaction caps Atmosera’s complete transition to Azure Services Company that began six years prior.

Azure services to a global clientele, announced today that it has sold its data centers and colocation business to Digital Fortress. Digital Fortress is a premier enterprise level colocation provider, and the acquisition gives it three data center facilities located in Beaverton and Downtown Portland.
