Throughout all of this, we are well prepared to continue to provide excellent 24x7x365 service to our clients while taking preventive measures to ensure our clients, employees, and community are being taken care of.

A message from Atmosera's CEO, Jon Thomsen

We are experiencing an extraordinary and challenging time, but a time that we will weather together and come out the other side stronger and with valuable experience. Our thoughts are with the millions who have been impacted by COVID-19, from a health perspective, an economic perspective, and a social or connected perspective. In many ways, it’s a saddening and surreal paradigm within which we live at the moment. I have zero doubt we will all get through this time stronger.

While I know there is a lot of uncertainty and at times it can seem overwhelming, we remain calm, focused, and with great clarity that the services we provide are mission-critical and impactful in important ways that most outside of technology may not think about. We take our job seriously and the health and safety of our employees and their families – so they can do what they do best – just as seriously. We are also aware of what it takes mentally, culturally, and organizationally to work remotely and continue to deliver mission-critical services at our level. As such we’ve implemented intentional programs of connectedness and virtual social interaction so as to maintain a high level of team collaboration, communication, and delivery when operating in such a broad “remote work” paradigm to serve our customers.

We understand that communication, working together, maintaining connectedness, service, and delivering well are our requirements – no matter from where we support and manage mission-critical infrastructure, 24x7x365. CDC Recommendations

As a reminder, here are the CDC’s recommendations for everyday precautions:

  • Avoid close contact
  • Stay home if you are not feeling well
  • Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; if soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands, and wash your hands after touching your face
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
