Vote to Treat TFS as an Enterprise Symbol Server

Ed Blankenship has a brilliant idea to make symbol servers even easier to use. He wants TFS itself to serve up the symbols instead of requiring you to create the file share and fight with the network admins to get it backed up. Ed’s got a wonderful proposal on his blog about how the feature would look and work. If you can’t tell, I love this idea! With IntelliTrace about to become such a major feature of your life, anything to make getting the right symbols easier needs to be high on Microsoft’s priority list.

Go on over to UserVoice and vote so Microsoft knows you want this!
