No P-51 Video This Time Around

I took my P-51 to the family reunion this past weekend intending to fly it on a long runway and get some video. What is it they say about best-laid plans? The plane never got off the ground due to major engine problems. I sent the engine back to the manufacturer for repair and hope to have it flying again in a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, I came across an interesting article on how programmable model planes are being used to heighten security for the U.S. military. Maybe if the computer thing doesn’t pan out, I can get a job flying R/C for the Army.
